RECIPES BLONDIE NUTELLA CUPS Nialls Video Recipe: https://www.instagram.com/p/Bqsa5J2lu99/ 150g of peanut butter. 80ml of maple syrup. A splash of almond milk (other milks will work fine) 1 scoop of @myproteinuk vanilla whey. 60g of almond flour (basically blended almonds) 50g of oat flour (blended oats). A splodge of Nutella per cup. Preheat oven to 180c/ 350f. Mix together wet ingredients and vanilla protein in a large mixing bowl. Then mix in almond and oat flour. Prepare 8 muffin cups into you muffin tray. Spread the blondie mixture evenly between each cup. Then try to gently flatten the top of each cup before baking for 10 mins. After 10 mins, take the cups out and place a splodge of Nutella on each cup. Again, try to gently press the Nutella into the centre of each cup before baking for another 10 mins. SAUSAGE PASTA (makes 2 portions) 1 Red Onion 1 Sweet Red Pepper 1 Clove of Garlic 4 Sausages of choice Tin of Chopped Tomatoes Squirt of Ketchup 1 Capful White Vinegar Sprinkle of Herbs, Crushed Chillis, Pepper & Salt Handful Spinach Pasta Chop garlic, onion, red pepper and sausages and fry in olive oil. Put pasta on boil while doing so. Add chopped tomatoes, ketchup, white vinegar, herbs and spices to chopped vegetables. Leave to simmer for a few minutes and then add spinach. Serve with parmesan. OVERNIGHT OATS Overnight Oats Recipe: (I don’t measure exact amounts) Oats 1 scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder Chia Seeds 1 scoop of Peanut Butter Half a Spoon of Nutella Half a Spoon of Cocoa Powder Squirt of Honey Top with Shaved Almonds & Honey. Leave in fridge overnight and then eat!
